Why does this screen show up on MineCraft?

You just need to wait for the update

There's a new update, wait for it, and it should work.
If not, reinstall.

It's just updating, It just because of Windows 10 i think. Once it is done you will have a great version of minecraft, If the update doesn't work uninstall then reinstall again.
