Hi, I have downloaded both ATLauncher and Technic Launcher, and with both I have the same problem, the resourcepacks install totally fine but whenever I try to launch them it waits a couple of mo' s and then the original launcher just appears again. I have Java 8, and I've tried Minecraft Forge for 1.8 and 1.7.10. I also operate on 64-bit Java and Windows 10. No errors messages ever appear, the same thing just happens again and again.

Have you put them in the resource packs folder in.minecraft? You can't use resource packs on mod loaders. Also, your minecraft may not be able to handle it. Finally, check you have activated them in the options menu - resource packs
