When i start recording minecraft i drop 130+ frames?

When i start recording with Dxtory or OBS or fraps I drop 130+ frames! It is ridiculous and I don't have a solution to this! Here are my specs

Java is a pain to record it is always causing problems. Try Bandicam to record, so far that seems the best for Minecraft recordings.
