Recording minecraft with obs makes my frames drop to 1 & 2 and how do I fix it?

So I just Upgrades to Windows 10 & Minecraft fps was really low but they are back up. Now when I record my fps drops to 1 to 3 fps. Without recording it's fine. I have always recorded at the same settings on obs and they've never been bad. So why are my fps so bad now when I record? Is it something to do with Windows 10. Also I just updated Java.
