What's the Best Gaming Pc for me to get?

I'm getting (or want) a gaming pc. The one atm just won't cut it so i need a new one.

I have looked everywhere for something with what i think i want but i'm really don't know what to get. I wanna play games like Total War, Civilization 5, Sim City, Sims but also stuff like 7 ways to die, the forest, Arma 2, 3 and DayZ.

I really don't understand pcs that much and have always been a console gamer and although i have read numerous reviews on why it is best to build your own i really don't want to. I want a system (low-med) capabilties that i'm able to upgrade as time passes, where i can then learn and understand more over time about how stuff really works.

i'm thinking about getting an Alienware X51 R2, as they are apparently good for console games?

i reall don't know which to get, i think i want something like:

-intel i5, (i have an i3 atm and don't think i need an i7 but would like to be able to upgrade in the future)
Nvidea or amd (would prefer nvidea from what i have read)
1TB/2TB (don't know really)
Power (don't know)

this is the problem i just don't know what i need and where to go.

any help would really be appreciated and just so you guys know i will have around £500 - £800 pound to spend but have no, monitor, mouse, keyboard, anything.

is it even possible with this amount or am i better of getting more cash and upgrading or anything.

Thank in advance

Added (1). Also i would like to have GDDR5 is possible.

Please for the love of god, don't get an Alienware, they are probably one of the worst things you can possibly buy, they are really expensive but extremely weak in gaming, it's just a steal.

If you want to spend your 800 pounds in a good way, build a PC! It's cheaper, more powerful, you can add whatever you want and if a part breaks or something, you can just replace that component instead of replacing the whole PC! Plus, Dell support sucks, they won't do anything to help you out in a difficult situation.

Now, I made a list for 800 pounds, you can buy all the parts for the best UK store there's, if you want, you can edit the list at any time, or maybe even make a new one.
This is the build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/cJZMTW

I forgot that you wanted an Intel CPU so I made another one:

These are probably the best gaming PCs you're going to get for that price range, the GTX 770 is a killer card that could play all games on high to max settings smoothly, even the most demanding games like Crysis 3 or Watch Dogs.
If you'd ask me which one I would prefer, I would chose the first one, the FX 8350 is an amazing 8-core CPU that can overclock to incredible speeds, but the i5 4670K is also amazingly fast so it really doesn't matter which one you go for, you'll have an amazing experience nonetheless.

But anyways, like I said, don't go for an Alienware PC, the PCs I selected are 100 times better than a $1000 PC that can't even play minecraft (Kinda).

P.S. Everything that I selected is all you need, power supply, CPU, GPU, RAM, etc. I also included the OS and an SSD so your PC goes fast as lightning, every single component is extremely good in terms of quality, you can't go wrong with any of these
If you have any more question, be sure to ask.

For gaming purpose you need a powerful graphics card and a powerful processor. If you want serious gaming then go for amd fx series processor and nvidia graphics card. Amd processor won't cost you much, they are available at half price of intel. Hard disk doesn't matter most. Get a 1TB hardisk if you want to store many games. And Cooler Master 600w smps(power supply).

Try Mount and blade warband its a game where you can create your own kingdom and fight on the battlefield as a fps (as well as leading) it is also multiplayer, or if you are into Napoleon Total war, get mount and blade Napoleonic wars, its a fps version of it.
