It depends on ze materials you use. For instance you could build a nether fort out of obsidian and netherbrick.
A castle out of mossy stone, with a really intricate interior. You could also build a sky fortress made of stone bricks, glass, and glowstone (my personal favorite). Email for more ideas if ya like -TrollMaster
