What should i build/do in minecraft?

I've built a mansion, a shelter, a storage house, a normal house, a cottage, a fountain, a mob spawner, etc, id like something that isn't HUGE like a roller coaster and doesn't need a ton of bricks

Build houses that look like the mobs make sure you can actually go inside. Build the white house. House in the sky. Farm. Water park. Pirate ship. Statute of Liberty. Under water house. YouTube it if you don't know how to do any of these.
