I've never played Minecraft before and I want to try it because I've seen some videos on Youtube gaming channels. It looks pretty fun and interesting! I've realized that there's Minecraft Dinosaurs and Minecraft Hunger Games. Are there any others (example: any with animals or wars)?

Well, Minecraft is a single game, And Everything you've Listed are Modifications for said game you can get Over @minecraftforums.com. However. There are litterally over 100000 Mods available right now.
A mod is something that changes the Default game slightly. Everyone uses diffrent combos of mods. Just find what ones are fun for you!
All I can say is, Go to minecraft.net. Buy the game. Start playing the default Version and then start asking around minecraft forums for the best mods, and work out what your favorite Version of the game will be!

I don't know what you mean but there are Minecraft MODS that do this. Just download a mod and install it, I think I know some of them:
Skyblock Survival
Parkour
Some Samurai Adventure
Agents
Sorry, I don't play Minecraft that much anymore and the names aren't very detailed. Sorry. :/
But there are many "Minecraft Games" you just have to look for them.
