You can get an RX 580 8GB or GTX 1060 3GB but 500W minimum power supply for the RX 580 with an 8 pin pcie power connector generally, and GTX 1060 at least a 450W and a 6 pin pcie.
You don't need a card this strong except for maximum settings on GTA V. GTA V is optimized for NVidia, though most games do better with the RX 580 8GB

With a weak power supply, you either upgrade it, or need a card with no auxilliary power connection.
Most GTX 1050 TI and RX 560 do not need the connect, but each needs checking.
