What is a good cheap gaming laptop preferably around the $200 or less range?

None exist. 200$ is nothing. You can get a decent laptop for $500 but any gaming laptop is going to cost your $1000 - $2000. You can only get a chromebook (no games) or a old slow normal laptop for 200$.

The only way you are going to get something that cheap is buying it used on ebay and god knows how it will run. Even refurbished ones are more expensive than that.
