You can't put a new graphics card in a laptop, there won't even be a place to put it on your motherboard. What you can do though, is upgrade your processor. The processor in your laptop is an apu (accelerated processing unit) meaning that it has dedicated graphics combined with it. I would recommend upgrading to an amd a10 series processor.
