What GPU and RAM should I get?

I'm looking to buy a new GPU and more RAM, I want it to be under $100 for the GPU and $100 for the RAM and please don't count rebates.

Current Specs:
CPU: A10 5800k
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7660D
RAM: Corsair Vengence 4GB 1600MHz
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A55M-E33
Power Supply: Diablotek 600W

I mostly livestream Minecraft but I'm probably going to start streaming COD: Ghosts and BF4.

Get a 7750 and plug it into your GPU slot, it's the only graphics card that enables dual graphics with A10 Trinity APU systems.

Meaning you can use integrated graphics and the card together for combined performance.

1600mhz ram is the best ram for gaming, it does not bottleneck performance.
