I created a world in 1.7.2. I don't think there are any jungles in this world because I've searched for days and I haven't found any sign of a jungle, so I can't do a treehouse.
Any ideas to do in this SURVIVAL world.
Right now I just have like a 7x7 small wooden house next to a lake/bay that connects to the ocean.
There ARE jungle biomes in 1.7.2… You just have to keep looking. Minecraft is now more selective about what biomes it generates next to each other, so they may be a bit more "rare" now…
Make sprites of your favorite Pokemon from the early generations, or sprites of early games such as Mario bros, Kirby, Link, samus & so on. Make an underwater base of glass, stone, & glow stone. Explore, your world likely has jungles somewhere, go where no man has gone before! Blend with the local villagers. Live IN the nether! The place is a dangerous & difficult land to master without dying or losing your way back, mainly a bragging right to live there. Locate the end portal & slay the dragon! Raise an army of snowmen to guard your land! Touch Notch's but. There are virtual amounts of things to do!
Maybe a boat house or a few floating ships? Or even an underwater glass observatory/science lab style build? How about a giant sand castle (use sandstone for roofs and stuff without blocks under it)? If anything, take some time to get clay, dye it red, and… GIANT SQUID STATUE TIME! May take a while, but a lot of people use patience and thought to build some wonderful stuff! If anything, make some extra little homes and bases far apart here and there so you don't get caught up in a far from home creeper chase!
