I'm really wanting to get into hardcore survival, but I only have xbox so unfortunately I don't have a setting for hardcore mode. If anyone could help me out on some setting for it? Like difficulty need to be on easy, normal, or hard? And stuff like that.

Set your difficulty to hard and when you die delete the world, thats what hardcore all is.
