Minecraft account problems?

So I tried logging into my minecraft account and it asked for my security question answer. So I typed it in and it said it was wrong? So I tried and tried and decided to change my security question. It sent me an email that took me to mojang and I logged in, and it asked for my same stupid security questions there! How do I change it? I just want to change my skin, but its putting me through this loop.
