How to transfer your Minecraft PE account to Minecraft PC Account?

Please answer the question above. The reason why I'm asking 'cause I don't want to make another email for my other account. So thanks for taking your time and answering.
Additional Info: Minecraft PE 0.81

P.s: I don't actually have a minecraft pc account but I'm planning to make one this month. But I have a pocket edition account.

Can't. They're different games. PC, PE, PS3, XBOX360, you have to buy them all individually, you can't get a discount for having one of them.
