Okay so i really want to get minecraft pc version and i said i would pay but i'm not sure if i should get it on my brthers pc because its fast but he will be moving out in like a year or my house computer but its super slow and laggy and we could be getting a new one but not next year

Depends on how much time is spent on both computers. I'd say, the family computer but I get frustrated easily when anything is slow.

Well, once you buy the game, then you can play it on any computer after you download it and login to your account. But since your brother is moving next year, I would recommend getting it on your house pc.

You could buy it and download on your brother's pc and when hes gonna move out, download minecraft to your house pc and import all the data from your brother's pc (compressing.minecraft and storing it in cloud isn't hard)
