Everyday My Local Disk C's space decreases (Now at 4 GB) What is causing it? And how can i stop it and retrieve the memory i lost? (I play Minecraft and have a server that i no longer open).

Clean all your junk on your computer with CCLeaner and disable System Restore to clear SPACE
Try defragment, virus scan and update
See You Can Free Up Some Space By Deleting Temporary Files.
1. Goto Start -> Run -> Then Type "Temp"(Delete All Files From There. It Will Not Affect Your Computer At All.)
2 Goto Run Again Then Type Appdata Then GoTo Local And Then Goto Temp. There Also Delete All Files From There
I'm Sure It Will Free Up Much Space. See, Temp Are The Files Which Are Created During The Installtion Of Setup and Afterwards They Are Useless.
Delete temp files. If you update windows, delete the backup of it. Then, delete any restore point but the most recent one. And, don't install anything on that drive that takes a large space. And use softwares like agv pc tuneup to maintain your drives. You can find it on torrents if you dnt wanna spend money on it.
You can download a disk space usage analyzer tool; if you google it you can find some freeware that will tell you where all your space is being used.
My favorite is Treesize Professional. Its not free but it does the job precisely and they do have a free trial for it.
You can delete your temp files and Local App data in Windows 8 /7.
To delete temp file: Start button + Key R >> %temp% >> Select all files and delete.
To delete Local App: Start button + Key R >> AppData >> Select all files and delete.
