If i buy the minecraft story mode DISK do i get all the episodes for free?

Not for free, since you are purchasing the disc to purchase the first 5 episodes, but you won't have to pay anything more to get those 5 episodes. Just remember that the disc only contains episode 1, the other 4 episodes still have to be downloaded to play them.
