Me and my friends set up a minecraft server on my moms old computer. O one seemed to want to play with us but a few hours ago someone from planet minecraft came on. He introduced himself as a admin of planet minecraft and asked for OP to review the server and that we would get us players if we had a good server. I want more friends to build with so i gave him the op and right after he banned me! It took me an hour to get rid of him and unban me because my mom was on facebook on the computer. When I got back on i saw he blew everything up and placed lava everywhere! He made Bedrock swastikas and gentiles! How to I report Planet minecraft that there admin grieved me and get them to fix my server? I just wantd some friends.

You got scammed. Just because he said he was an admin for planet Minecraft doesn't mean he was.

You made TWO MISTAKES…
1) You never verified the credentials of the user in question. -- I could make the claim that I'm the admin of Planet Minecraft or some other potentially "popular" Minecraft service. While I wouldn't make such a grandiose claim (as I'm not that big of a Minecraft player to even be renowned or respected), I would take some time to confirm the identify of the person who makes such claims.
2) You provided administrative rights to your server -- This should have been the BIGGEST RED FLAG OF THEM ALL! Anybody who would legitimately review your server would NEVER ASK for Admin rights (aka OP powers) as they would honestly play on the server BY YOUR RULES.
If I reviewed a public Minecraft server, I would do it covertly from the player's view. This way, I can do an honest view of the server in it's natural environment without administrative bias for reviewer integrity.
In short, you practically got what you deserve by letting a complete stranger on your server WITH ADMIN POWERS. Unless you did a back-up ahead of time (which, given your inexperience with server operations… You probably DID NOT DO), all you can do is bulldoze your old world (as it'll be too time consuming to manually undo the damage in question) & start anew with a brand new world.
Just consider this a hard-learned lesson, so you won't be the same mistake in the future.
