Is anyone willing to make a Planet Minecraft banner for my server?

We're a new server starting out ran by just two people, we're looking for honest players willing to help our server grow in return for staff positions that are very available. We're a non PVP server, that uses factions as a way to show off builds and prevent greifing, we use Iconomy, essentials, ChestShop, and a few more plugins that are still being decided on. We welcome new players of any age. Our problem is getting players to actually find our server interesting enough on the outside to join in on the fun inside, and our first task to doing so is making an effective advertising banner for PM. I'm willing to give a special in game title on our server(among other perks) to whoever does this for our us. Much appreciated.
