So all of a sudden my minecraft doesn't let me play on any servers, If I try to join it crashes and I get an error report of "Ticking screen". I've searched for this issue and people say its from mods, thing is I don't have any mods. I've also uninstalled texture packs and I still have the issue.

Reinstall Minecraft.

Deleting the whole.minecraft folder in &appdata& (C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming).
