Contact support or you can email me with the account and I can figure out the problem. If you do not trust me, by all means contact support. However, if you have downloaded mods, you have an chance of being banned.

Have you recently linked your account with realms or twitch or some other service that supports linking?
If so, then log in with your email instead of your minecraft name or vice versa!
