My friends and I have a small survival server set up and whenever it tries to autosave we get the message shown in the pic below, also when you place or mine a block then disconnect and reconnect, the block is no longer there or it is still there. Any idea how to fix this?

Are you using any plugins (if so, which)?
Do you have the world open in some sort of map editor?
Is there any other output in the console?
Can you post the server log to pastebin so I can take a look at it.
