Is 8gb good for a minecraft server?

So i went to ggservers.net and it said that 8gb it can hold up to 72 players for 18$ so i'm wondering if thats good also i'm planning to add like 5 plugins

It should hold pretty good. 8GB would usually still be good up to 200 players, so you should be completely fine even with the plugins.

I ran my minecraft server with my own modpack which had over 100 mods with around 3 or 4 plugins on 2GBs of RAM with around 8 players so unless you're planning on using for a minigame server playing with 100's of people on it should be fine.
