I want to play Minecraft on a local server but i have no one to play with, is there a web site where i can find people to play with?

If your server is truly local, the person would have to be on the same internet to play with you. If your server is open to the world, try to find someone online that likes minecraft. I suggest to go on www.omegle.com and go to the likes, change it to minecraft, and see if you get connected to someone.
