So i tested my Wi-Fi speed at home at www.speedtest.net, the results were my ping is 12ms, my download speed 5 mgb, and my upload speed 1 mgb, is this fast enough for minecraft multiplayer without lag?

Lag depends on lots of factors not just your connection
