How to make money, as a teenager?

I'm 14 years old to be specific. If I were 16, I would already have a job haha. But unfortunately, it's not possible

I know that most of you are going to say to "do choirs for your neighbors", or "clean elderly people's homes", but you see, there are no "good" (bad neighborhood) neighbors around here. Or you might say to do Surveys. Well, most surveys are scams. I have yet to find one that is legitimate.

The only thing I can think about is to design webpages, or make Minecraft plugins (to sell the plugins to servers) since I know HTML5, CSS, a little Javascript, and I'm currently learning PHP and Java. I do not have any other ideas.

Do I have to wait until I'm 16 to make money? Or is it possible to make money at 14 years old?

I'm 17 and just got a job, buy I used to ask the same thing. I mowed lawns and I made a lot of money! If you do it on a regular bases in the spring, summer and fall, than it turns out to be a lot of money! Trust me dude. I made bank off of mowing lawns
