You first need a sponsor to support your channel and later on when you get enough views you can monetize your account with you tube and you will get paid according to the number of views you receive per video, and also you might get paid more if you get more subscribers

On xbox, ps3, or PC? I'm assuming. PC. So you need a good quality PC (so It won't lag or your vids will suck) and then you need to go online and download bandicam. It will record your screen while u play minecraft. It's free and has no bugs or anything. But it only let's u record 10:00 but that's good (keep your vids 10-15 mins anyway) and then make a youtube account. Sign up for monetization. You need a paypal/debit card and have to be 18 (you really don't) and there you go

Lol you aint gonna make money off youtube with minecraft unless you are a super-popular person and get 100,000+ views, and actually 1,000,000 is preferred. Which will probably not happen with minecraft.

The easiest way would be to go around in public humping things like an idiot and have a friend tape it for you.

If you upload original video, and give your website link in description, you can earn money by diverting traffics to your site.

If you get a certain amount of views on your videos Youtube will notify you and want to sponsor you. You can't really choose to make money.

First you need good, attracted videos, then you need views from subscribers(which you must get somehow) or from random visitors. How to get that it's a another question.
You must do good SEO(keywords, add your videos under some other videos…) and you must advertise your videos.
