How to make a Minecraft Profile without buying it?

So the title is stupid I know deal with it. So what I'm trying to do is make my little cousin his own profile. I have one and I let him download the game from mine so they wouldn t have to pay. I've gone through most of the steps I set up the Mojang account, got parent permission, all that jazz, but it said I need to buy it to be able for him to go on servers and stuff. I'm not some clueless person either I know a lot about this I'm just confused on whether or not it's even Possible to make him one without buying it again.
