How to make a new Minecraft account without buying the game again?

So my bro and I share Minecraft on the family computer. He bought the game on his account. I'm really getting tired of playing online under my bros account with a username that doesn't even suit me. So does anyone know how to make a Minecraft account without buying the game again?

You can't. Each Minecraft account costs 27 USD. You can't make another account even if you have it downloaded to your desktop, although you can play singleplayer on offline. But you can't make another account for free. Sorry.
