When you make an account, you just basically register yourself into Mojang's database as a new user. You need to buy the game individually for each new account.

Well, It's not actually the game you're buying, it's the account itself… If you want to get a completely new account then you'll have to buy it, but the game itself is free, good luck!

What you are really buying when you purchase Minecraft is the account. Anyone could download the client, its the account which lets you play.
