I go on a server which only about 5-8 players join each day. I usually go on this server for about 1 or 2 hours, and I d like to know how much data and bandwidth I'm using in that time period. Note that this server has a few plugins, even though, I don't know if that changes anything.

It's usuall uses about a 40 kbps download and 20 kbps upload at a minimum. I've several servers on my computer before. My internet speed isn't that great, it's 150 kbps download and 60 kbps upload. I ran my server 24/7 with around 20 plugins and it worked just fine even with 15 people. However, make sure you computer is pretty fast and has at least 8gb ram if you want to play and host on the same computer. Consider installing worldguard plugin so that players can't spawn in too much tnt to crash your computer.
