Does Gigabyte GTX660 OC 3GB DDR5 GV-N660OC-3GD runs minecraft 1.7+ versions with like 40 fps or so?

I only need it for playing cus my 1 gigabyte MSI runs minecraft with like 10 - 20 fps, but don't talk about the server things, if i open my server its like 10 fps!

if the video card what i've written doesn't make it faster please write a cheap(up to 250$) good video card what runs minecraft fast, Thank you!
