This server has a 99.9% uptime and everyone else can get on it fine, But a couple times a day I try to get on it and I have no connection and its stuck at connecting to server. Has anyone else experienced this problema and is there any solution to this?
Added (1). I'm on a mac and I don't have access to terminal
You could try pinging the server with a command prompt to see if you are even reaching the server.
1) Type cmd in your search bar in the start menu.
2)Type "ping" then your server ip you are trying to connect to.
If under time there's a time displayed you are reaching the server. If this is the case, then it is probably a problem with your client.
If you are not reaching your server, then it probably has to do with either your internet or your firewall.
