I will be using it to play mostly minecraft(with mods if that changes anything) and rarely gta games(such as san andreas and IV with mods)

It depends on your budget. If its ~1000$ then a gaming rig but if you are on low budget then a normal PC would run your games

Dude, you should build your own custom pc becoz its a fact that if you build a pc you will get better specs than prebuilt with same price range…
Reason - prebuilt pc's have expensive cabinets to attract people…
