What's the easiest way to cross play Minecraft on ps3 amd Vita edition?

I have a ps3 and vita and I want to eliminate the need for split screen and play on the same word, one on vita, one on ps3.

I don't think that you can cross-play.

The game has cross-save, so you can save your world into the cloud and than load it up on another device.
