My minecraft won't work on two player on the PS3?

So I have an hdmi and everything, 2 player was working for the demo but when I bought it I couldn't just join while in game, can someone, much thank

I look in the web it stell whet i do but it is not working get a new game

Fixed this by going to the display settings and making the resolution at least 720 or higher. If you have the HDMI at 480 it won't work. For some reason the new update requires a higher resolution to do 2 players.
