I have tried everything to summon him, looked on every forum, but when it comes to finding the answer the related directly to ps3, no has ever asked yet I guess so I'm asking, does the wither even exist yet in ps3 version of minecraft? I can't summon him in anyway possible!

No the wither boss does not exist in the ps3 version and hopefully mojang will change that
