How to make a wither in minecraft xbox 360 edition?

I look on youtube on how to make the wither in minecraft xbox 360 edition. I make the T shaped body like the iron golem except with soul sand instead of iron(of course) then put the 3 wither skeleton heads on the body and nothing happens. Am I suppose to update the game? If so how do I update minecraft on xbox 360 edition?
