Make servers on PS4's Minecraft?

I'm planning on getting minecraft for ps4 and I'm wondering if you can make servers?

Added (1). For others to join without adding on psn?

I bought the game a couple hours ago. And from what I can tell, no. Sadly you can't. It sucks because you have to have your friend on to build on your world. They need to fix that already, how rich is Mojang?

Yes but only people on your friends list can join you, it's not like a PC server where anyone can join.
