The new update for 0.11 is out for minecraft and I really want to get it. I used my friends Apple ID account and my friend won't update it for me. I can get the app myself right now but am afraid that all my worlds will be gone after I delete minecraft Pe and get it using my account. Will my Minecraft Pe worlds still be there?

No. They won't appear after you delete it. However, there are a couple ways you can back them up so you can get them back. 1. If your IPhone is jailbroken, you can download Ifile from cydia and back up your files from there. 2. Plug your i phone into your computer and sync your files to itunes (MAKE SURE "SYNC APPS" IS ENABLED) then get minecraft and drag the world files back into your phone data. 3 I think this is the simplest way. On your Iphone, go to settings, Icloud and back up minecraft from there. (MAKE SURE YOU'RE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT YOUR FRIEND'S WHEN YOU DO THIS) then when you download minecraft sync it to icloud, and you should have your worlds back. Hope this helps!

Not if you used a minecraft account on someone else's account. Sorry, it won't work.
