Troubles with minecraft pe update?

I had deleted the app a while agoand than re installed it today. Now whenever I try to start a new world my game either freezes or freezes and crashes! How do I fix this? I'm using an iphone 4 by the way.

I'm not sure what could be causing it, I know this is silly, but have you deleted the META-INF folder? I'm pretty sure you probably already have, since you are running Too Many Items and Dragon Mount. You can drag the bin folder to the trash and re-open Minecraft, then everything should be working fine again. There's one catch though, you'll have to install your other mods again.
If you really want to, try and look for another file of the same mod on another website. Other than that I guess looking up tutorials on YouTube might help. Sorry I wasn't THAT much help, but I hope it helps.
