PC games where I can build a house?

You can build a house in Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, but that isn't the main focus of that game. I haven't found a decent house-building game yet, at least not a sandbox type game that gives you free reign. You can try architect or design software, but they tend to be expensive and have a steeper learning curve because they aren't actually "games."
