How does this minecraft Elytra work?

When I try to fly and jump off a cliff it sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. I jump and press space bar and sometimes it glides fine. And other time when I jump and press space bar, I just fall and die. I try pressing space bar and hold, but no difference. Am I doing something wrong?

Minecraft 1.9 very laggy?

1.8 was absolutely fine for me, but now I've updated to 1.9 and it's honestly so laggy! Even on the starting screen. If anyone has any solution to erase this lag please tell me!

Looking for as many people's opinions as possible. About YouTube and things like that?

So I'm taking a computer course in college. If your interested it called computer systems technology. I have to buy a decent computer. (I7 processor, 16GB of ram, ect) something I wanted to try is YouTube or twitch. I'm not sure on what I should use for my name. What I have so far for names are QueenMogar or just my name (Holly Denstedt). I play a lot of games anything to GTA, call of duty, Minecraft, league of legends and games on steam, I would also like to try games for consoles and even handheld games. I really need help thinking of ideas for my channel such as artwork, other things I should include in the channel like vlogs. The only issue that I have is that my voice is a little weird it's a little deeper than a Normal girls voice and I don't want people making fun of me for it. Any idea is a big help.

Can I play Minecraft on Windows 10?

I recently bought a computer which already had Windows 10 installed. When I went to open Minecraft and load it, it said error and sent me a link to where it said something about my graphics driver and how I needed to update it. So it took me to a page where it said I needed to download an app to update my graphics driver (intel driver update utility) and I scanned like it said and the latest driver popped up and I tried to install but once I did the install process would almost always finish but then it would go back and said failed. I'm not sure what to do. People have said to downgrade to Windows 8.1 or 7 but I heard you can only downgrade after 30 days of upgrading but I just bought the computer and Windows 10 was already installed. Any help? Please!

I have just ran out of things to watch and I need to find some new youtubers? Ideas?
