Fraps recording at 20FPS tops?

Until recently, fraps has been running like a babe on my system, I'd hit 60 FPS and create great videos using it, but recently it has been playing up. I can't record without hitting a solid 20 fps or lower, all my fraps movie folder is cleared out but it's lagging like hell. I own a youtube channel and in all of my videos I'm getting great FPS, I just don't know a reason for it doing this. I haven't done anything to my rig and changed nothing, it just doesn't work. And I'm trying to release out a montage and it won't let me because of how laggy it is. I play Minecraft and record it btw, that's what the lag is on.

Why can't I see Clouds in Minecraft?

I use OptiFine and I have Clouds turned ON, my Render distance isn't too low because I can see the Sun and Moon, I Have Cloud Hight at 0% which is default for Minecraft and I have Clouds on Fancy and I STILL can't see them…

Can i stream minecraft on twitch with 8gb?

Is 8gb ram enough to stream minecraft on twitch with obs? And are these specs good enough? I'm not looking for some crazy good gaming computer, I just want to play minecraft and I plan on streaming on twitch.tv so it just needs to be able to do that. Here are the specs:

First computer: Amd 6-core fx-6300 3.5 ghz unlocked processor, NVidia GeForce gt 640 gpu, 16gb ram.

Second computer: amd 8-core fx 8320 3.5 ghz, radeon hd 7850 gpu, 8gb ram.

I did some research and found that the 8-core and the radeon hd 7850 gpu is a little better, but I'm just worried about the 8gb of the second computer.

Minecraft - Can Villagers open my chest inside the house?

Minecraft Question -

Can Villagers open my chest inside the villagers house?

I'm currently occupying one of the empty houses in an NTC village but I'm scared to leave my items in a chest because the villagers might be able to open it.

What is this weird sound I hear in Minecraft?

I'm on the minecraft wiki's ambience page. Only thing that sounds sorta like what me and my friend heard, is that guitar chord. But it does NOT sound like any guitar I've heard. It was more laughing and crying mixed together. Very creepy. I couldn't recognize it from any creatures in the game and I've heard pretty much all of the random sounds.

And the only cave nearby was long ways off, all lit too. I didn't get the details from my friend, when he heard it but I was going up a hill, getting chickens when I heard it. Near a river between the hills. Next time I'll run fraps and hope to record the sound when I hear it again.

Is a Intel Pentium Processor good for gaming?

I been trying to buy a gaming laptop (in my low tight budget of course)
and i been asking around on what cheap laptop should i consider buying
and i frequently get an intel pentium processor laptop

but based on what i research,
i heard pentium is a horrible processor to be use for gaming as it will slow down in time.

so is pentium good for gaming?

i'm gonna play sims 3 at high setting and minecraft,
some heavy duty multi tasking (browser+Microsoft word+notepad+music+video+photoshop AT THE SAME TIME)
though this mainly depend on RAM lol

but anyway, i hate lags so i need a decent-enough processor.

my question is, Is a Intel Pentium Processor good for gaming?

Will this desktop run minecraft on high settings?

So i'm about to give the specs. Note some of them are not specs but i just copied and pasted it. Also should i upgrade my processor, and is my graphics card alright?

Minecraft new world spawning in problem?

I just got minecraft on my pc, and no matter how many different combinations of different worlds I try to create, the game still drops me in from the sky onto a bunch of invisible blocks. I can break them and they block my movement, but they are invisible and there's just empty sky above me and below and all ways around. I don't know how to fix this or where to go next, so if someone could offer some guidance that would be greatly appreciated.

Added (1). I have 8 gigs of RAM and an r7970 black edition. That's not the problem, but thanks for your answer
