The only thing that matters is the graphics card. Assuming you don't add anything extra to the game, it should run on high graphics.

Mine craft will be ok with the card you have any other game and you would definitely want a Better GPU

I can't find a CPU in the part list, but if it's ok, it will work. Minecraft mostly relies on CPU and not on GPU power, so that's what you need.
