How to get my minecraft back?

Hi. I have bought and downloaded minecraft a year or two ago onto my laptop. I have sold the laptop and have recently wanted it on my PC but I can't remember my account username or password. I also lost the email i used to createw the account to a hacker and am now using another. There doesn't seem to be any option to resolve this on the mojang/minecraft site. Any ideas?

PC feels like its not running at full potential?

Specs:
cpu: amd fx 8350
gpu: msi gtx 760
Ram: 4gb
It just seems like its not running at the best it can. Like, in gmod ill sometimes drop in the 15~ fps area when i move around welded parts. Is this just the game? I just built it to. Maybe i'm just being paranoid. Minecraft doesn't go a drop below 60 so

HP ENVY GRAPHICS CARD GEFORCE PROBLEMS?

So I play a lot of Minecraft and I get 60 FPS just that my Wi-Fi is sucky. So we got new Wi-Fi which is really fast but I only run on 26 FPS. I don't think it's the internet because it's on all bars when I check it, but I think it's something wrong with my my GEFORCE Graphics Card.

Minecraft won't let me switch back to the default texture pack?

So last night (and just a few minutes ago) i was playing minecraft and this texture pack i had on was getting really annoying. I tried to change back to the default texture pack (the original one) and it wouldnt let me click on it… I have the latest version of minecraft
