Why are my videos pixelated after uploaded to youtube?

After uploading a video to youtube it gets very pixelated, but the file that is rendered on my computer is perfectly in good quality. I have took the time to look at youtube guidlines and what their recommended video settings are and have tried different formats. Still looks the same, in this case i render using the wmv format. I will link the video and render setting below. I also have a gtx 680 incase that matters at all. Anyways, i'm open to all answers!
P.S The pixelation only occurs in my videos that have lots of motion, specifially a sped up one of minecraft.

Why won't my chickens lay eggs in Minecraft?

My chickens are refusing to lay eggs! I feed them seeds regularly and they are in a medium sized pen so they have room to walk around. I read that they need sunlight so I ripped the roof off of their enclosure. Still waiting for eggs! Am I doing anything wrong? What should I do to make them lay eggs?

Perfect Mac for University?

Okay so I'm already stressing out about going to university since it's almost the end of the school year. And as for my graduation gift, my dad is letting me choose what kind of Mac I would want to have in university. I will be taking Computer Science this fall. So I will be using my Mac for: school works (of course), heavy multiplayer gaming (Minecraft, Steam games etc.), Photoshop, YouTube and other social media. So I was thinking of getting the 13 inch Macbook Pro with Retina Display, 2.8GHz Dual-core Intel Core i7, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB Storage. I'm limiting myself to the 13 inch one because it is lighter, smaller and easy to carry around than the 15 inch one. But if you were to prove to me that the 15 inch macbook pro is much better in my case, then I would consider choosing it.

So what do you think? Is my choice not enough, is it too much, or is it the perfect one?

Additional Question: What's the difference between i5 and i7? Is it about how fast my mac will be? What's better in my case?

Unable to run games on moderate settings?

I have a Dell XPS L502X with an Intel core i5-2410M CPU,6GB of ram and NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M 2GB

I used to run Arkham Asylum on almost maxed out settings and BF3 on moderate settings. Recently I downloaded Arkham Origins and Metal Gear Revengeance but when i try to play on moderate settings, it lags. Even though i kept it at 800 x 600 with all settings off, Metal Gear is playable but Arkham isn't. When i try to play Minecraft, if i keep settings maxed out, it gives around 8 or 9 fps. I have to play on the lowest settings. Can anyone help me out with this?

MineCraft Modern House Lighting?

I constantly find myself building modern houses in MineCraft as it is one of my strongest build types.
The only problem with this build type are lighting issues. I find it hard to fit in lighting in my builds.

I do use some common lighting solutions such as hiding glowstone behind paintings or underneath carpet but i find these hard to put into the floors above ground level.
I also like to put redstone lamps in the ceilings for lighting put i find there's no room for a block that outputs a redstone signal to power it.
I refuse to use torches in this style of build as it is completely alien to the environment of the modern style of builds.

For these reasons I beg you all to give as much solutions as you can to this problem.
