Need a good hybrid gaming/school laptop

Now yes I said gaming but it doesn't have to be a "gaming laptop" just something that could potentially run a few things without having bad FPS or low RAM. I need a laptop for home use and possibly school use as well. Ram should be 8gb or over preferably, can handle medium gaming (maybe just modded minecraft, steam games, nothing too insane). My price range is flexible but it's mostly dependent on if it's worth a heavier price tag. I'd say a general area would be no more than 1,200$ and that's pushing it close. Lower in price the better as long as it meets my standards. I hate that the look of the laptop matters so much but it can never hurt to have a really sleek looking Laptop am I right? No but seriously I want it to be sexy.

How do I fix this issue with my mouse in minecraft?

See video for issue:

If you can't tell in the video, everytime I move my mouse in Minecraft while trying to turn the POV around, The mouse is acting weird, almost as if it is dragging afterwards, and is really starting to irritate me.

I have replaced mouses, I have looked through the settings on my laptop, I have uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled it, I have restarted my laptop… None of which have helped.

Anyone know why it's doing this, and a way to fix it?
